Who are we

We are a UK registered Charity helping underprivileged orphan children in the capital city of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia break away from the cycle of poverty

On the ground in the capital we partner with the AFGAO (Association for Growth of Aids Orphans)  team of eight local Ethiopians who run the project plus five cooks who prepare daily meals for the children.  We support children in the neighbourhood community area of Lideta.

We currently have 280 children registered on the project .

We find sponsors in the UK for each of the affected children registered by AFGAO in Addis Ababa. These children are in great need and are in situations beyond hope. They are left to fight for survival through extreme poverty and sickness. As an organisation we would like to help break the cycle of severe poverty for future generations.

Regular contributions from sponsors enable AFGAO members to send sponsored children to school, give them one meal a day and provide clothing and healthcare for them. These children are the future doctors, teachers, politicians and pastors of their country. We would love to give them the chance to change their futures and have an impact on the world around them
